// My Book & Gungor//
So I have been working really hard on my new book lately. It is for sure going to be my favorite of my works once it is complete. The cooler news is I recently found out about the band Gungor and listening to them while writing has proven to be more than enough inspiration to get the words on the pages, so to say. Their music is enlightening and most importantly spiritual.
It is hard for me to find artist who convey such meaning in their words and still sound good, but I seriously got lucky when I found Gungor. I can’t wait to finish the book and get it out there in the marketplace on Amazon and such. In other news my first book, Jim, is now on Amazon for sell as a paperback or on the Kindle. It is also FREE to read for anyone with an Amazon Prime account and a Kindle. Cool huh?
Well, I think it is. It is seriously great to work so hard on something and find out that it is getting recognition. I am not sure when I will be finished with Harvester Of Light, but my Editor is just as excited about it as I am, so the release is sure to be a huge event, even if it is just huge for me, haha. I am actually going to go right now to take some pictures for possible cover ideas, so goodbye for now.

Lately I have been convincing myself not to buy anything all day every day. This has lasted 3 days, today that was broken. I spent quite a bit of money on buying Christmas presents for everyone last week (may have gotten a few for myself too) and now when I look at my credit card statement, I feel the pain… Don’t worry though everyone, I have money to cover my statement this month.
Lately I have been more than frustrated with the lack of ambition towards life that those here at college show. I believe more and more that most of the people are not here for an education to better their lives and chances at a career, but I think they are here to prolong having to get a real job and do something. It is so sad to say, but that is the discovery that I have made. The people here, especially my roommate, do not seem to really want to be here and learn, no…they just didn’t want to have to go get a real job and work so this seemed to be the easiest way to avoid that.
would walk to their office and help them out. The Gear Up office is about a ten minute walk from my room here on campus, probably less than that, so it isn’t very far. Still,when you are in the rain, I think everything takes about five times longer, even walking. I actually wore shoes today, I usually go with flip-flops, so I didn’t have to worry about my feet getting too wet, Alicia on the other hand wore open toed dress shoes…not a good idea. Instead of walking, I think she was swimming. Her shoes were throwing out water with every step she took, she wasn’t too thrilled with that.
