Today was a really nice sunny day. With that said, a vending machine stole my money today. I was at my college, waiting between classes since there is a 2 hour gap between them, and I decided that I wanted some coffee. I went to the vending machine that you can buy coffee from, should’ve known better than buying coffee from a vending machine, and I put in a dollar. I got my change back and could hear the machine making really loud noises. I suppose it was just mixing the coffee with cream and sugar, but it was seriously loud. Then the little door opened and the cup of coffee was suppose to be sitting there waiting on me, but it wasn’t. Coffee was dripping down the sides of the inside of the machine, so I guess the machine was out of cups and just poured my coffee into nothingness…nice! Last time I got a cappuccino from this machine it worked fine. I called the number on the machine to ask for a refund, who knows how that would even work, and they didn’t bother refunding me but did say someone would be there to fix it…not that it matters because that machine will not be getting any more of my money anytime soon!
I was pretty mad, even though it was a few cents, that was my money that they got for nothing. I went to McDonalds, there is one about three minutes from campus, and got a Caramel Frappe. It was ten times better than a crappy vending machine coffee would’ve been anyway.

Within the next few days I will be moving to my dorm at college. It’s crazy to think about because it’s all happened so fast. Yesterday I was just starting middle school, or so it seems. I am excited and worried all at the same time. I have already taken out loans to pay for the entier year, so I have no choice but to stay once I go, but will I like it? I sure hope so! I also recently had my hair styled. At first I didn’t like it, but the more I see myself with it, the more I like it. I feel like it works for me. So to sum up, I am moving to college and got an awesome hairstyle!

I won’t miss school, the crazy fights during school lunch, the drama in the halls before class, the test, the studying, the worries connected directly to finals and exams, the rude teachers and even ruder middle schoolers, the horrible food that the school forcefully provides everyone to eat, the all so in-important extra credit assignments, the stacks and stacks of in-school suspension papers I had to take to each and every one of those children who were being placed there’s teachers, and the list goes on and on.
but…
I will miss my friends, the great times we’ve had together, the music we’ve shared with each other, the coffee we’ve drank and the delicious food we’ve aten that we probably never would’ve even tried if the other(s) hadn’t volunteered to try it as well, the countless trips to the mall to just walk aimlessly for long periods of time when all along I see there was an aim, the futures we discussed numerous times that we hope to have, the crazy things that happened that only we know about, the hundreds of hours spent talking in class when we should’ve been doing our assignments, everything about my friends…this I will miss.

With graduation slowly crawling up behind me with anticipation of screaming in my ear last minute, I went out today with two of my best friends to just enjoy the day, in a time where old stresses are fading and new ones are appearing. It was just a usual eat & shop trip to Sheetz and the Mall, the norm for what is more than the majority of the area that I live in. It was just nice to not worry about school, college, scholarships, graduation, moving on to whatever’s next. Thanks Dezzy & Brittany!
